Twenty-Third Report 2008-2009 on Allegations of UK Complicity in Torture. July 2009. The report called for a full independent inquiry into allegations of torture.

Nineteenth Report 2005-2006. May 2006. This report addressed the Chicago Convention on civil aviation, and set out the steps the UK Government needed to take to ensure compliance with the Convention Against Torture, on rendition.
